Process innovations on show in Germany
DEK will exhibit its latest product and process innovations at this year's SMT/Hybrid/Packaging exhibition from 30th May to 1st June at Nuremberg in Germany.

VectorGuard Gold and Silver electroformed and laser-cut nickel stencil technologies are specifically designed to accommodate changing paste properties through enhanced aperture release and paste volume repeatability.
Meanwhile, the demonstration of ProFlow enclosed print head technology, will highlight its ability to extend the high accuracy mass imaging process window for improved throughput, yield and efficiency.
