Samtec BTF headers and BTS sockets from Deltron Roxburgh offer the board-space advantages of 0.4mm pitch with up to 80 I/Os and a mated height of just 5mm.

Samtec BTF headers and BTS sockets from Deltron Roxburgh offer the board-space advantages of 0.4 mm pitch with up to 80 I/Os and a mated height of just 5mm For 0.5mm pitch there is a choice of high-density BTH/BSH versions, or the low-profile LTH/LSH models, which offer 2.3 mm mated height

The BTH/BSH series offers up to 366 I/O in a board area as small as 7.49 x 96.34 mm, while low-profile versions provide a maximum of 100 I/O in 6.73 x 28.07 mm PCB footprint.

On 0.635 mm pitch, the BTS/BSS range includes two lead styles, providing either 5 or 8 mm mated height for up to 300 I/O.

With the 0.8 mm BTE/BSE series, designers can still benefit from smaller footprint and reduced board space, albeit with lower density.

Three board spacing - with mated heights of 4.27 to 10.26 mm - cater for standard or elevated applications up to 240 I/O.

The highest density connector set in the series requires only 7.49 x 101.35 mm on the PCB.

All feature a traditional, high quality dual beam contact mechanism with 0.25 micron gold plating or gold flash options.

Polarisation on all models eliminates the risk of mismating headers and sockets.
