continue in Italy
Deltron Electronics has further broadened its European base with the acquisition of C and K Components and Euroind (C and K Italy), two Milan-based businesses, for GBP 5.8 million.
Deltron Electronics has further broadened its European base with the acquisition of C and K Components and Euroind (C and K Italy), two Milan-based businesses owned by the Romano family, for GBP 5.8 million The acquisition of C and K Italy - a long-established distributor of electromechanical components specialising in switches, connectors and sensors, with around 1300 customers throughout Italy and an annual turnover of GBP 6.7 million - gives Deltron its first presence in the country and extends the Group's coverage to nine countries, representing 80% of the total applicable markets in Europe
