1GHz connectors feature integral ground plane
A new range of high-performance interconnects, featuring an integral ground plane to support applications up to 1GHz, has been added by Delton Roxburgh.
The PCB mount panel mounted connector is fully compatible with the existing 400 series flex connectors and has a 5A, 125V rating.
PC spill length is 3.5mm for use in 1.6mm PCBs and both pin and socket versions are available allowing safe power entry and exit.
The panel cutout is 19.2mm.
Rear mounting in the panel allows the connector to be soldered directly to the circuit board and then secured to the panel with a mounting nut.
The body material is UL90V0 rated and a separate sealing cap is available to maintain the IP68 rating when the connector is not mated.
Typical applications include portable instrumentation, marine environments, CCTV systems and outdoor control modules.
