Abacus Deltron has extended its connector portfolio with a waterproof miniature USB connector, ideal for industrial and similar applications.

Manufactured by Bulgin, the new five-pole miniature USB connector is part of the Buccaneer family of waterproof data connectors featuring protection against dust and water ingress to IP68 when mated.
The connector provides USB V2.0 performance up to 480Mbit/s.
The prewired cables, PX0441 and PX0442, are available from Abacus Deltron in 2, 3 and 4.5m lengths with a sealed Mini B type USB connector paired with either standard or miniature A type USB.
These will cater for most applications.
