Deutsch by Silva is an umbrella for a range of innovative products suitable for the harsh environment of the marine marketplace, and will be aimed at the installer and end user of electrical instrumentation.
Among these is the original Quick Connect, which is waterproof to IP68, and gives boat owners a simple way to instantly connect and disconnect their electrical equipment, and the new, patented Quick Splice.
Keith Winter, Business Development Manager explains: "From our perspective there has been no real development for many years within the instrument interconnection products".
"Some people would argue that could well be a decade or more".
Deutsch is confident that it has found the ideal way to bring new connection technology direct to the marine market place.
