Deutsch has responded to demand from the motorsport market for a top quality fuel-immersable connector for the demanding racing environment The Autosport Micro Fuel Immersable connector is a new evolution of the popular Deutsch MicroLite and has been specifically designed for use in fuel tank applications

This latest connector from Deutsch has a totally new insert sealed to IP67 thanks to innovative use of a new thermoplastic and elastomer insert that was specifically engineered by the Deutsch Autosport Division to withstand racing fuels.

With a minimum space envelope now a top priority for autosport engineers, the compact connector meets expectations and also features a scoop-proof interface.

In tests the positive lock bayonet contact system has proven extremely resistant to vibration.

The modified hermetic connector is fully intermateable with Deutsch's AS Micro HE and Micro Lite connectors.

Ease of use is aided by an enlarged backshell for easy contact soldering.

Deutsch Autosport Product Specialist Paul Webb says: "We've listened carefully to what motorsports engineers have been asking for, and we're confident that this connector surpasses anything else on the market".

Deutsch's dedicated Autosports Division is available to help with individual requirements.
