Leading harsh environment interconnection specialist Deutsch is offering a new five-day delivery service on its range of 38999 Series III connectors.

Leading harsh environment interconnection specialist Deutsch is offering a new five-day delivery service on its range of 38999 Series III connectors The company launched the new quick-turnaround service for customers of its mil/aero products in January this year following extensive research into their clients' changing needs

The five-day delivery service is offered at no extra cost and covers a comprehensive range of 38999 Series III connectors in an N key orientation.

They also have some availability on other 38999 connector configurations.

The connectors, which are broadly used across a wide variety of land, air and sea defence applications, are manufactured in the UK, and are qualified to specification MIL-DTL-38999.

This service is the latest innovation from Deutsch, which has a 30-year history of developing interconnection solutions for demanding environments.

Andrew Watson, Marketing Manager for Mil/Aero, explains: "The customer surveys we have carried out over the last year were invaluable in the development of our new service".

"We realised that the best way to fulfill our customers' needs was to invest in our process so that we can respond to increasingly challenging timescales and unforeseen requirements".

Watson expects that the new service will prove popular within the industry.

He comments: "We're confident that with a top quality product and a quick turnaround our new service is in a good position to meet our customers' evolving needs".
