The Datalux range of space-saving keyboards are designed to operate in the space-restricted workplaces found in industrial applications.

The Datalux range of space-saving keyboards are designed to operate in the space-restricted workplaces found in industrial applications The keyboard footprint takes up 40% less space than conventional keyboards, but loses none of the functionality - retaining a separate numerics keypad, function keys etc

The keyboards use full-width, full-travel keys, but with a slightly reduced depth.

This has no effect on the "feel" of the keyboards - touch-typists and two-finger typists will not discern any difference.

Four versions are available: desk; tray; panel; and GlidePoint.

The desk version features a gradual elevation from front to back, making it very comfortable to use.

The tray version is designed for portable and embedded applications - it has folding feet at the rear for ease of use.

The panel version is similar to the tray model, but it has a small, plastic escutcheon to enable mounting within a desktop.

It is suitable for applications where a control keyboard is designed into an embedded desk system.

Elevating feet are included, and a separate retaining bracket is provided to secure the keyboard to the panel.

The GlidePoint version features a gradual elevation from front to back, with a built-in GlidePoint touchpad.

All versions have language variants; a choice of white or charcoal enclosure colours; PS/2 or USB connectivity; and the option of custom keytop legends.
