GPEG has introduced its active matrix E-Paper products to the displays market place.

GPEG's E-Paper provides a bi-stable image with very high reflectivity.

The display only uses power when the screen is refreshed and the reflective black on white image provides a paper-like quality with 180deg readability.

GPEG provides displays in the following sizes: 1.9, 5.0, 6.0, 8.0, and a large 9.7in, 1,200 x 825 equivalent resolution module.

These displays are aimed at mid- to high-volume usage across professional, industrial and consumer products.

Applications include e-readers, smart cards, e-signage, industrial designs, medical equipment, transportation, shelf edge labels and electronic dictionaries.
