When combined with a compatible barcode reader, the RunnerClick test environment makes user errors virtually impossible.
RunnerClick is compatible with all test plans that currently run under the ScanPlus Runner and ScanExpress Runner test executives.
RunnerClick is used in the testing of devices, boards, and systems compliant with IEEE1149.1.
The tool provides direct username and serial number entry via a keyboard or barcode reader and opens the correct test plan automatically, based on the serial number provided.
The user, to assure that a full test is run each time and quality control is maintained, can modify none of the test plan settings.
Log files for the entire test or each individual serial number can be saved to any local or network drive giving instant access to failure data.
A crossreference table is used to specify acceptable serial numbers and additionally points to a specific test plan to open automatically when the software detects a valid serial number.
This crossreference table provides a powerful capability to quickly test multiple products, each having a different set of test vectors.
Express RunnerClick offers the same functionality as RunnerClick, but also provides for concurrent testing and in-system programming, with practically unlimited scalability.
For practical purposes, the Express RunnerClick is configured to support up to 1024 UUTs simultaneously.
RunnerClick and Express RunnerClick are available as an upgrade to current ScanPlus and ScanExpress Runner users. Request a free brochure from Direct Insight ...
