Korean environmental legislation

Design Chain Associates has published a detailed five-page analysis of Korea's proposed environmental legislation to assist manufacturers likely to be affected.
Design Chain Associates has reviewed Korea's RoHS-like (and WEEE/ELV-like) proposed legislation, discussed it with the Korean Ministry of Environment (MoE), and written a detailed five-page analysis In addition the company has included its recommendations for what should be commented on (the WTO comment period ends on 13th May 2006) and what impacted manufacturers should be doing now in order to prepare for when this law is put in to effect, the target date for which is 1st July 2007
