The Capio II model 200 thin client from Boundless Technologies features Datalight software onboard.

Boundless Technologies combined Datalight ROM-DOS with a powerful National Semiconductor 233MHz Geode GXLV processor-allowing the Model 200 to set new standards in price and performance.

Datalight ROM-DOS, a fully compatible DOS that was introduced in 1989, has been the operating system of choice for numerous thin client manufacturers since 1996.

Extremely compact, ROM-DOS is the smallest footprint, lowest cost, ICA solution currently available.

"Our goal with the new Capio II series was to provide a true performance oriented platform at a reasonable price.

Incorporating Datalight's ROM-DOS into the model 200 helped us to meet this goal quickly and easily", said Mike Oliva, Managing Director of Boundless Technologies.

The Capio II model 200 offers a low cost, high performance DOS-based ICA (independent computing architecture) only thin-client.

It includes onboard audio, dual USB ports, support for 10/100 Ethernet as well as several expansion options.

Pricing for the Model 200 starts at $399.00.
