New surface mount tantalum capacitors from Dubilier are available in a range of industry-standard package sizes from 3.2 x 1.6 to 7.3mm x 4.3mm.

New surface mount tantalum capacitors from Dubilier are available in a range of industry-standard package sizes from 3.2 x 1.6 to 7.3mm x 4.3mm.

"The new SHJ series tantalum capacitor range is available from stock at unprecedented low pricing and with absolutely no allocation problems", said Graham Stewart, Marketing Manager.

The SHJ range compliments Dubilier's through-hole SH-series tantalum devices for applications from 6.3 to 50V requiring low leakage current, high temperature stability, low impedance and small component outline.

Like the SH range, the surface mount series is designed to set new standards for minimum cost in a wide choice of packages.

Capacitance values range from 0.1 to 470uF, and leakage current for each device lies between 0.5uA to 0.01CV.

Devices are accurate to +/-10% as standard, and +/-20% tolerance is also available.

SHJ series capacitors will operate from -55 up to +85C, or +125C with derating, and lifetime is 2kh at 85C.

As for the SH tantalum bead through-hole series, SHJ rated voltages range from 6.3 to 50V including 10, 16, 25 and 35V.
