Dubilier has added low profile and mini low profile PCB-mounted jacks to its portfolio of brand-quality products available at extremely competitive prices.

Dubilier has added low profile and mini low profile PCB-mounted jacks to its portfolio of brand-quality products available at extremely competitive prices The new network connectors, available in industry standard configurations and including through hole or surface mount variants, deliver extra opportunities for designers to reduce bill of materials costs without redesigning PCBs or housings

Full details of the new PCB-mount jacks are included in the new Dubilier catalogue, which also includes the company's new range of low-cost LEDs.

Further competitive products include USB 2.0 connectors and moulded leads for USB 2.0, Ethernet patching applications, PC peripherals and DIN interconnects.

There are also low-cost mercury-free batteries suitable for digital equipment, security equipment and general purpose applications.

The enhanced range of network connectors includes shielded or unshielded mini low profile side entry PCB jacks featuring 4, 6, 8 or 10 gold plated contacts on 2.54mm pitch, as well as low profile side entry PCB jacks in through hole and SMT styles and a through hole top entry jack.

Shielded and unshielded RJ45 jacks are also added, featuring integrated status LEDs in a variety of colour combinations.

All jacks meet electrical and mechanical standards, including 30mohm contact resistance, 500V AC dielectric withstand voltage and 1000Mohm minimum insulation resistance.

Glass filled polyester or thermoplastic bodies are made using certified ULV940 fire retardant materials.
