Dynalab has built on the success of its line of low-voltage NX Wire Harness Testers and over 20 years of industry experience to bring the NX Hipot Testers to market NX Hipot Testers extend Dynalab's product offering to customers who require high-voltage testing of their cable assemblies and wire harnesses

NX Hipot Wire Harness Testers offer the same flexibility, accuracy, and ease of use as Dynalab's line of low-voltage NX Wire Harness Testers plus the additional capability of high-voltage testing for insulation resistance up to 1Gohm and dielectric withstand up to 1500V DC.

Configurations from 64 to 1024 test points are available.

NX Hipot Testers provide the following capabilities: to print a product label only when the wire harness passes all tests; to restrict an operator from altering the test program; the ability to identify an operator for data collection or product labelling; to verify the correct barcode label is applied to the wire harness; to transfer programs from a computer via a memory card; to alert the operator if the wire harness is removed before the test is complete; and to connect to a network for program file transfers and data collection.
