Other features include dual LCD interfaces with a convenient NTSC/Pal TV output, AC97 Audio support for sound, and dual PCIbus Ethernet interfaces for instant network access.
Aimed specifically at the booming network/multimedia market for SBCs, the ECM-5610 is the first of its kind with a 5.25in SBC design coupled with dual Intel 82559ER 10/100Base-Tx PCI Ethernet controllers and dual LCD outputs.
All this makes the ECM-5610 the perfect solution for rich applications, ranging from networking devices such as firewalls, gateways, routers, thin servers, and e-boxes, to terminal devices for retail/financial transactions as well as high-end multimedia POS and kiosk terminals.
Other features include: full compliance with the PC133 FSB and Ultra DMA66 IDE specifications; four serial ports and one parallel port; a type I/II Compact Flash socket; a 168-pin DIMM socket accommodating up to 256Mbyte SDRAM; and a PCI slot for future expansion.
