Dual-blade fan takes on hot equipment

The San Ace 40a is an all-new dual-blade DC fan for servers, storage systems, projectors, plasma displays, power suppliers and other high thermal-output equipment.

The San Ace 40 measures a compact 40mm2 by 56mm thick and weighs just 100g.

Its design uses the contrarotating method with each brushless motor running on high-precision ball bearings to deliver impressive airflows.

Available in two speeds, the San Ace 40 S-speed delivers a maximum airflow of 0.7m3/min and static pressure of 450Pa with a noise level of 57.5dB(a); the H-speed delivers 0.59m3/min airflow with a maximum static pressure of 320Pa.

Each fan motor provides its separate pulse sensor output for alarm monitoring the fan speed.

The fan offers a service-life of up to 40kh at 60C and is will soon receive UL, CSA and TUV approvals. Request a free brochure from EAO ...
