Wide range of styles for versatile PCB switch
The Series 96 PCB-mounting switch range from Sussex-based EAO has been specifically designed for use with modern electronic control systems.
An anodised aluminium housing and a glass screen protects the QWERTY (AZERTY - change for relevant languages) keyboard from impact.
Sealed to IP65, the desktop version will resist moisture and dirt ingress and cannot be damaged by cleaning fluids or agents.
EAO recommends the TSK 105 for use in: aggressive environments polluted by dust, grease or ink particles suspended in the air, eg printing machines; sterile environments cleaned using ultrasonic techniques, eg medical equipment; hygienic environments cleaned using pressure washing, eg food packaging equipment; explosive atmospheres which must be free of contacts and electrostatic discharge; and public areas susceptible to vandalism, eg public-access Internet kiosks.
The TSK 105 is also available in an OEM version that's ready to fit to existing machinery.
There is no aluminium housing, but a metal frame and support "stiffeners" are supplied for correct mounting.
The low behind-panel depth of just 22mm makes this product ideal for integration within slim, tabletop applications.
Both options are available with PS2 or USB interfaces and compatible with PCs using Windows operating systems from Win 98SE. Request a free brochure from EAO ...
