Seameless switch meets demands of shrinking world
EAO meets the demands of a shrinking world, enabling the series 61 E-Stop to be integrated into compact control panels, mosaic panels, and a wide range of machinery and process control equipement.
Wide range of styles for versatile PCB switch
The Series 96 PCB-mounting switch range from Sussex-based EAO has been specifically designed for use with modern electronic control systems.
Depending on requirements, the lens on the pushbutton or indicator can be flush-mounted to the front panel or raised for viewing the status from the side.
An extended or sealed ring can be fitted where extra lens protection is required.
A selection of lens colours and film inserts for legends or symbols is also available.
Both the lens and lamp are serviceable through the front panel.
Filament lamps, neons or multichip LEDs provide illumination with a choice of either continuous or flashing light elements.
Operating at relatively low current levels, LEDs have a virtually limitless service life.
They are very resistant to shock and vibration and their operating characteristics change little with age.
Series 04 indicators and snap-action or slow-make pushbuttons come standard with hard silver contacts.
However, for particularly aggressive environments, silver/palladium contacts can be specified, and for switching lower currents a gold plated contact is available.
There is a choice of either screw or plug-in terminals.
The variety of switching elements enables currents from 2mA at 110V DC to 10A at 24V DC. Request a free brochure from EAO ...
