EAO now offers a robust and cost effective keypad solution for the fast growing unattended payment terminal sector EAO's AVME keypad series meets the tough environmental demands of public environment applications that may need to withstand resistance to inclement weather conditions, accidental damage and physical attack

Harsh environments demand components able to endure the daily onslaught of mechanical shock and vibration.

EAO's AVME keypad series is constructed of a durable, click-dome matrix, enclosed by a protective polychloroprene elastomer rubber case.

Polychloroprene is a tough material, extremely resistant to chemical aggressions.

Anti-pull off keys are mounted over the click-domes, delivering an operator interface with high levels of tactile feedback.

The keypad is reliable and is tried and tested to 1 million operations per button.

EAO's AVME keypads are protected to IP67 when mounted behind a panel.

The AVME Series is both water and vandal resistant.

The durable features designed into this keypad provide all the elements necessary for internal and external payment terminal applications such as ticket and product vending machines, multimedia kiosks, parking payment terminals, self-scan and self-pay systems, and ATMs as well as petrol pumps.

The fully flexible AVME keypad series is available with a choice 12 or 16 flat or concave keys.

The height and the size of the keys can be customised to suit the application.

Double sized keys can be provided as extra function buttons for payment terminal applications.

Coloured and laser engraving of an infinite choice of symbols are available on request. Request a free brochure from EAO ...
