Seameless switch meets demands of shrinking world
EAO meets the demands of a shrinking world, enabling the series 61 E-Stop to be integrated into compact control panels, mosaic panels, and a wide range of machinery and process control equipement.
Wide range of styles for versatile PCB switch
The Series 96 PCB-mounting switch range from Sussex-based EAO has been specifically designed for use with modern electronic control systems.
It produces a superior airflow performance of 11.3m3/min and a static pressure of 690Pa, which is one of the highest cooling capacities in the industry.
With a new energy-saving motor, the San Ace 172GV comes close to an industry best for power consumption - just 96W, a 20% improvement on previous models.
The new motor drive circuit in the fan has a unique startup feature to ensure it does not draw large amounts of current from the power supply.
The fan's efficiency can be further improved using the PWM speed control.
This feature enables adjustments in rotational speed down to the lowest possible setting, so power consumption and fan noise can be reduced to an absolute minimum.
Standard speed monitoring sensors are also available.
The San Ace 172GV offers a minimum life cycle of 4.5 years.
Noise is limited to 74dB(A), which is currently the lowest noise level in the industry for a 172 x 51mm DC cooling fan.
The sturdy construction uses twin ball bearings to guarantee that airflow and noise level performance will remain within specification and not deteriorate over time, which is a key factor when specifying a fan.
The San Ace 172GV cooling fan has been designed for use in server units, data storage, communications equipment and fan trays, but it will also be a breath of fresh air for the cooling requirements within printing, production and the electronics manufacturing industry.
The L10 life of the San Ace 172GV is 40,000 hours continuous operation at 60C ambient.
It has also been manufactured to meet the latest European RoHS Directive and is UL, CSA and TUV approved.
All EAO products are designed for high-reliability and a long service life to reduce machine downtime. Request a free brochure from EAO ...
