Easby is offering a multipurpose polyester capacitor series from Arcotronics which has recently been significantly extended and now includes larger case size parts up to 100uF.

A polypropylene series, also available, is ideal for power supply, electronic ballast and audio speaker applications.

The Arcotronics R60 radial boxed polyester capacitor series, available from Easby, offers parts from 1000pF up to 100uF, 63 to 1000V DC.

The largest case sizes, 24 x 44 x 41.5mm have a 37.5mm pitch and offer values from 100uF at 63V DC to 2.2uF at 1000V DC.

The 27.5mm pitch capacitors extend up to 68uF at 63V DC.

Using a metallised polyester film structure, they are suitable for applications such as blocking, coupling, decoupling and bypassing.

The polypropylene R75 Series from Arcotronics offers capacitors from 1000pF up to 22uF, 160 to 1250V DC.

Suitable applications include power factor correction and coupling in switched-mode power supplies, resonant capacitors in electronic ballasts and uses in audio speaker circuits.
