The superfast recovery Taiwan Semiconductor ES Series of SM glass passivated junction diodes is offered for applications with maximum average rectified currents of 1, 2 and 3A, capable of handling peak forward surge currents of 30, 50 and 100A, respectively.
The maximum reverse recovery time for all versions is just 35ns.
Variants are available for each current rating to handle maximum reverse voltages from 50V up to 600V.
The ultrafast recovery glass passivated HS surface mount Series includes 1, 1.5 and 2A rectified current versions for 30, 50 and 150A peak surge current handling, respectively.
Maximum reverse recovery times are 50 or 75ns, with a choice of maximum reverse voltages from 50 up to 1000V.
The fast recovery glass passivated RS surface mount Series includes 1, 1.5 and 3A rectified current versions for 30, 50 and 100A peak surge current handling, respectively.
Maximum reverse recovery times are between 150 and 500ns with maximum reverse voltage variants from 50 up to 1000V.
Surface mount Taiwan Semiconductor SSL Series Schottky barrier rectifiers are available for rectifying currents up to 1, 2 or 3A for 40, 50 and 100A peak surge current handling, respectively.
With low forward voltage drops, variants are available for maximum reverse voltages of 20, 30 and 40V.
All available from Easby, the Taiwan Semiconductor diodes designed for 1A rectified currents are produced in an SMA size package, those for the middle current rating are in SMB size packages, and those for highest current rating above are in SMC size packages.
