Snap-in electrolytics to 100,000uF
Samwha Electric UK is offering an extended range of large can standard snap-in electrolytic capacitors.
The highest capacitance value has the potential to replace a number of smaller capacitors, in parallel, with a single part.
The Arcotronics R41 radial boxed metallised film capacitor series, available from Easby, offers parts from 1000pF up to 1uF rated at 300V AC.
While being flame retardant, the series can be employed in a temperature range that extends from -40 up to +110C.
The self-healing capacitors have Y2/X1 classification for use in 'across the line' and 'line to earth' applications.
They are suitable for use in situations where failure of the capacitor could lead to danger of electric shock.
The capacitors are solvent resistant and have full international approvals to ENEC EN132400, CSA and UL1414.
