Innotech takes structured ASICs to Japan

eASIC has formed a strategic relationship with Innotech, a Japanese based distributor of high-end semiconductor devices, electronics components, EDA software and a provider of technical services.

eASIC Corp has formed a strategic relationship with Innotech, a Japanese based distributor of high-end semiconductor devices, electronics components, EDA software and a provider of technical services As part of the partnership agreement, Innotech has become the distributor of eASIC's structured ASIC devices in Japan

Innotech will provide sales and technical support for eASIC's products to the Japanese market.

"Forming this relationship with eASIC is of significant value to Innotech as we foresee a major market opportunity for structured ASICs in Japan", said Takashi Tsumori, President and Chief Executive Officer of Innotech.
