Electrolube expands sales and marketing team

Following the relocation of its sales and marketing department to its Midlands head office, electrochemical manufacturer Electrolube has expanded the size of the team.

Following the relocation of its sales and marketing department to its Midlands head office, electrochemical manufacturer Electrolube has expanded the size of the team.

Anita Brown has been appointed UK Sales Manager, and Karen Bain and Karen Evans join the company as Customer Service Manager and Marketing Manager, respectively.

"All three appointments are very much a part of the expansion policy that we have laid out for the next few years", comments Commercial Director Adrian Hanrahan.

"We have initiated a plan for strategic growth in order to maximise the potential and long-term future of the company.

Each of these positions will be targeted at achieving goals to ensure that plan is realised".

As UK Sales Manager, Anita Brown will be responsible for the sales of Electrolube's products throughout the UK.

Managing a team of four sales people as well as internal sales activities, she will be partly office-based at Eletrolube's Swadlincote manufacturing facility and partly field-based to support external sales staff.

Anita has worked for the company for three years as a Technical Sales Engineer, offering technical assistance and support to customers, including OEMs and subcontracters.

Karen Bain joins Electrolube from a large healthcare company, where she was a Customer Service Manager.

With a heavily customer-focused background, she will manage Electrolube's customer service team and provide a tactical link between the company's UK sales team and its internal operations.

Karen Evans brings with her over nine years' experience in the chemical manufacturing industry in marketing or project management roles.

Responsible for all external and internal marketing communications activities, her focus will be on enhancing Electrolube's existing promotional, public relations and new product introduction initiatives.
