Boardroom changes at Electrolube

The holding company of leading electrochemical manufacturer Electrolube, the HK Wentworth Group, has made three changes at main board level, effective immediately.

The holding company of leading electrochemical manufacturer Electrolube, the HK Wentworth Group, has made three changes at main board level, effective immediately.

Gerald Kingsbury has been appointed as Chairman, with Ray Gudge taking his place as Chief Executive and Mark MacIntyre taking on responsibility for sales and marketing.

As Chief Executive, Gudge takes on full executive authority for the day-to-day running of the business.

He has previously held executive positions with a number of major UK PLCs, most recently as a Divisional Managing Director of Hays, as well as holding a number of nonexecutive board positions.

Kingsbury, a major family shareholder, will continue in his role as Research and Development Director based at Electrolube's head office in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

MacIntyre is confirmed as Group Sales and Marketing Director.

He also has responsibility for Business Development, having overseen a period of sustained growth for Electrolube.

MacIntyre has worked with the company for over 10 years, and has extensive experience of international sales and marketing, particularly within defence industries.
