New from Electrolube at Productronica, LFFR is a lead free flux remover specially designed to work on boards produced using lead free processes.

It is a fast-drying solvent cleaner formulated for the quick and efficient removal of lead free residues, effective on R, RA, RMA and No Clean flux residues.

It also easily removes residues associated with tin/lead soldering products.

LFFR is available as a 400ml aerosol with integral brush, enabling the product to be worked into areas of stubborn contamination.

It features a 100% ozone-friendly solvent, and leaves a perfectly clean, dry surface, without the greasy deposits often left by conventional solvents.

Also new at the show LFCC is a lead free conformal coating specifically designed for the protection of electronic circuitry processed with lead free soldering products.

LFCC is flexible, transparent and offers fast drying and an excellent operating temperature range.

It has been formulated to offer excellent adhesion to lead free flux residues while maintaining the high specification required of conformal coatings in today's industries.

For ease of inspection, LFCC fluoresces under UV light.

It can be soldered through without fear of highly toxic gases being produced and is noncorrosive to cadmium and zinc plate.

LFCC is DEF-STAN, MIL and IPC-CC-830 approved and RoHS compliant.
