Samples were tested and passed for insulation resistance and breakdown voltage after the damp heat and salt mist experiments.
Available in 400ml aerosols and a 5 litre bulk container, FSC offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection.
With a wide operating temperature, ranging from -50 to +125C, FSC is touch dry at 20C in 10 to 15 minutes and also contains no isocyanates so it can be soldered through without fear of toxic gases being produced.
During the show, on Stand A3.171 Electrolube will also launch a nonVOC conformal coating, designed to meet the high performance of a solvent-based product without the use of VOCs.
Further coating products to be featured at the show include Resin Stop, a new coating created using fluoropolymer technology, and PCS, a new peelable coating mask designed to withstand coating and wave soldering processes.
