Ekra has added a new option for all its inline printers, enabling them to read barcodes and data matrix codes.

Ekra has added a new option for all its inline printers, enabling them to read barcodes and data matrix codes Both the barcode and data matrix code system integrate the PCB data with the SPC (statistic process control) file for further processing to the customer's quality management system

The big advantage of the data matrix system is that the code is traced by printer's existing internal camera.

The cannot be manipulated, there is no need for external hardware like a barcode scanner outside the printer, and stencil data can immediately be integrated with the data for the board.

Both the barcode and the data matrix options are available for all Ekra inline printers.

Installed systems can be upgraded.
