As they can be delivered complete, configured, and ready to go, they also save time.
The Type 51 cabinet is available in seven heights (15 to 47U), with each height available in 600 or 800mm width, and 600 or 800mm depth, giving a total of 28 standard sizes, each offered in either open format, or with a reversible glass door.
For convenience and security, a single key locks the removable side panels and the rear door, as well as the glass front door, if fitted.
Other options include additional front and rear venting.
The Type 52 features 1000mm depth and is ideal for larger server installations, with 24, 42 and 47U models in either 600 or 800mm width.
Not only is venting provided on the rear door and front surround of the glass door, but also a fully vented metal front door is available for maximum airflow.
The Type 52 delivers comprehensive cable routing flexibility, and 12 different front door lock options, including manual and electronic combination locks.
The 28 different models of the Type 53 family include options for advanced EMC capabilities, IP55 protection and comprehensive cable management.
As well as the usual mounting rails, shelves, chassis guides and fixing hardware, the extensive range of accessories includes modular covers, vents and fan trays to flexibly match individual needs, including two-, three-, four- and six-fan assemblies, blank fan trays and high volume extractor fans.
To meet the widest variety of mounting needs, options include a telescopic drawer, vented shelf, solid table and a keyboard shelf, complete with hinged 2U panel.
All families suit top or bottom cable entry, with the Type 52 offering an optional anti-overturn plinth for safe equipment changes in the field.
