Systemkit Type 12K is an all-new state-of-the-art 19in rack family from Elma.

In addition to VME systems, the newly designed 12K can also be used for VME64x and CompactPCI systems with a simultaneous rear I/O option.

It has also been designed for recessed mounting.

Furthermore, the overall height can be reduced, and a ventilation unit can be installed in the lower, larger section of the unit for optimised thermal management.

The entry-level unit has been designed to provide basic electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

The aluminium housing, for instance, comes equipped with a noncoloured, conductive and RoHS-compliant surface.

An advanced EMC option upgrades screening to 20dB at 2GHz.

The range of accessories for the 19in Systemkit Type 12K subrack family includes ergonomically designed carrying handles, front panels, card guides as well as telescopic rails for loads up to 90kg.
