EM Microelectronic has introduced the EM6152, a highly-integrated intelligent system power IC. The EM6152 is automotive qualified according to AEC-Q100 and can support operation up to 40V.
The EM6110 drives 8 x 32 columns (or 4, 3, 2, 1 x 40 columns maximum) addressed by three-wire or I2C interface.
The display can be handled via two selectable 8 x 40 RAM banks.
The EM6110 is able to operate over a wide temperature range (-40 to +85C) and can be easily cascaded.
