New from Emka, the 1225 series of enclosure locking equipment encompasses slim escutcheons to take insert locks or handles as well as a new full selection of swinghandle designs, including a novel short version - ideal for wall mount cabinets.

The 1225 series features improvements in sliding dust covers for lock protection, as well as polyurethane gasket sealing and the whole assembly styling changed dramatically, to match developing concepts of cabinet design.

This matches the current trend to improved appearance of cabinets incorporating softer more curved lines for visual appeal, tactility and comfort.

The range includes short and long escutcheons for insert type key locks, L-handles, T-handles and swinghandles.

The swinghandle versions accept all normal Emka rod operating mechanisms plus key locks with dust cover, as well as padlock variants.

Specialist features include an interesting version of the swinghandle with a KABA high security cylinder as standard.

Also the ability to print company logos on 1225 is an attractive new facility especially for OEMs wishing to own brand their installations.

All types - including the 125mm long "short" version - are fully compatible with the Emka round and flat rod actuation systems for multipoint closure.
