Shrinking Swiss stepper motors
Electro Mechanical Systems offers the entire Faulhaber Group range including Arsape micro-drive two-phase stepper motors and associated products.
High-speed servosystems such as pick-and-place applications are particularly suitable for these motors.
Available as a 24, 36 and 48V voltage motor, the new 4490-B models give the same speed and torque regardless of nominal voltage.
Introduction of the new 4490-B now extends the 4490 family to six models across the size/power range 16mm/11W to 44mm/201W.
The maximum recommended running speed is 16,000rev/min with a torque of up to 190mNm available at 10,000rev/min and a stall torque of 2,758 mNm.
EMS is also carrying a new purpose-designed encoder for the 4490-B motors, designated the 40B as well as the new 44mm 44/1 planetary gearhead.
The range is completed by a choice of drive electronics which are suited to a range of applications. Request a free brochure from EMS ...
