Assemblies clean and distribute RF
signals
A series of custom multifunction assemblies provide filtering, amplification and attenuation for RF power distribution applications.
Endwave Defense Systems, a manufacturer of RF subsystems and components for defence and homeland security applications, has released a series of custom multifunction assemblies (MFAs) for RF power distribution applications These particular MFAs provide input filtering, amplification using GaAs MMIC devices, digitally controlled attenuation and temperature compensated power distribution of incoming RF signals among eight output ports

RF distribution networks combine multi functions
Endwave Defense Systems has announced the release of a series of custom multi-function assemblies (MFAs) for RF power distribution applications.
Limiters and equalisers are incorporated onto each signal path to provide flat output power response against frequency, and particular care has been taken in the design to provide stringent phase matching and tracking performance.
Multiple models have been developed to accommodate multiple-octave bandwidths within the 0.5-18GHz range, making them ideally suited for electronic surveillance and signal intelligence (Sigint) applications.
Each model is hermetically sealed and works over the complete military operating range of -55 to +85C.
