Web-based system gets to grips with WEEE
Environ has developed a web-based approach that provides the B2B producer with flexibility and control of future WEEE recycling arrangements.
Hosted on the company's own website, the WEEE web system enables the company to gain feedback from its customers on product satisfaction and after-sales service.
Customers wishing to use the WEEE collection and recycling system are required to complete a marketing questionnaire which is e-mailed to the company.
As part of the questionnaire, customers are required to enter valid model numbers to gain authorisation to use the system.
One Environ client commented "this provides a great opportunity to assess the quality of service provided by resellers and distributors that we are using to sell our products in particular countries".
