Enciris Technologies has added Sensoray's latest video acquisition board, the Model 314 frame grabber, to its product line.

Enciris Technologies has added Sensoray's latest video acquisition board, the Model 314 frame grabber, to its product line The Model 314 is a low-cost MPEG-1/2/4 and MJPEG frame grabber that captures full-frame (720 x 480) video at 30 frames per second

Uncompressed video is available through the PC/104+ bus for previewing.

It has two synchronised audio input channels and on screen display of text (OSD).

The 314 performs motion detection in three regions of interest, each programmable.

Bitrates range from 800Kbit/s to 10Mbit/s.

Linux, QNX and Windows drivers are supplied and a Fast Windows stream player is available.

"There has been a significant interest in the 314 Model because of its low CPU usage, low cost, low power dissipation and RoHS compliance", claims Cornelia Weissfloch, Head of Sales at Enciris Technologies.
