Eurobex has implemented an automated document delivery system it reckons will streamline customer service.

Customers will automatically receive order acknowledgements by fax or e-mail on order entry.
These documents will indicate which products are in stock and which are on back order.
On shipment of their merchandise, customers will automatically receive shipping acknowledgements, indicating those products which have been shipped and the corresponding tracking number(s).
Invoices will also be sent by fax or e-mail, in an effort to reduce paper waste.
Eurobex salespeople will receive copies of all quotations, order acknowledgements and shipping acknowledgements.
