"The operator involvement is especially exciting for us as it demonstrates the attention the show attracts and its significance in being a major driver for broadband-based revenue and industry growth".
In addition to its focus on broadband, the event will include the co-located event, the WiMAX Global ComForum, which is devoted to the technology and business challenges in implementing WiMAX wireless broadband networks for fixed-wireless access and mobile broadband.
The WiMAX Global ComForum will cover today's leading issues including, standards and regulatory developments; interoperability and integration challenges; services deployment and management; seamless broadband wireless/wireline offerings; service bundling and marketing; case studies; trials; and current deployments.
"WiMAX is changing the way in which we communicate", said Janowiak.
"This technology will be crucial to fixed-wireless and mobile networks across the globe - from developing regions to major cities - and now is the time to discuss the business and technology challenges to implementation".
The WiMAX pavilion, an area dedicated to exhibiting and demonstrating the latest, cutting-edge WiMAX communications technologies, will also take place on the Broadband World Forum Europe exhibition floor and play host to many key WiMAX players.
Registered delegates of the Broadband World Forum Europe will have complete access to the WiMAX Global ComForum, including all seminars, presentations and the WiMAX Pavillion.
