An extensive review of Equipto Electronics' line of electronic enclosures and racks has determined that all are in compliance with the RoHS and WEEE Directives Compliance with RoHS means Equipto Electronics products contain no hazardous substances as described in Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th January 2003 for electrical and electronic equipment

Under Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE) issued by the same governing body, Equipto Electronics' products are certified reconfigurable "with different electrical components without modifying the basic frame".

"In addition, if the enclosure is no longer needed, the metal frame and sheet metal components can be easily recycled as scrap metal".

Equipto Electronics is also ISO9001:2000 certified.

Its electronics enclosures meet many other standards including Mil-Spec 810 and 901, FCC/VDE, and EMP/Tempest.

They provide exceptionally high EMI/RFI attenuation and seismic resistance, as well as giving protection against dust, shock, and vibration.
