"Recycling of electrical and electronic equipment 6", will be held at the London Marriott Hotel, Regents Park on 18th and 19th November 2003.

Although everyone - industry, government and consumer alike - agrees on the importance of recycling and designing for the environment, the method and mode of doing so are under much more scrutiny.

This recycling event brings together presentations from both sides of the argument, helping delegates to decide whether their companies should be "collective" or "go it alone".

The programme contains papers from industry experts on such subjects as the EU's new, and highly controversial, REACH chemicals policy, environmental labelling and a product-based environmental management system.

The two-day conference will include presentations from Nokia Mobile Phones, Lucent Technologies, Sanyo, Brother UK, Electrolux, the UK Department of Trade and Industry and Selway Moore.

Rebecca Irons, Editor of RE4view, ERA's recycling newsletter, says: "Attendance at this event is a must for all those wanting to join in the debate and network with the experts.

With presentations based on the real life experiences of many of the worlds top manufacturers and multinationals, government, trade associations and recyclers - this event is definitely one not to miss".
