Workshop gives complete picture on CE.NET 5.0
A UK-based workshop will give embedded software development engineers hands-on experience in running the new 5.0 release of Windows CE.NET on next generation processors.
The first, colocated with the Southern Manufacturing 2003 event at Thorpe Park, Surrey from 19th to 20th February 2003, will offer a "back to basics" approach providing exhibitors with cost-effective lead generation, and is planned as the first in the series of regional events for the electronics and production assembly industry.
Others in the series include the Scottish Electronics and Welsh Electronics events in Edinburgh, May 2003 and Cardiff, October 2003.
"With ETES's proven winning formula and our own extensive knowledge of the Electronics Industry over the past 15 years, this venture, bringing a series of regional events, located in concentrated industrial areas, will ensure that the electronics industry is once again able to exhibit at events tailored to their specific requirements and at a price that is hard to beat", commented Marilyn Driscoll, Event Director.
"ETES's regional engineering shows over the last few years have consistently out-performed other exhibitions in their market in terms of size and more importantly audience - some experiencing as much as 20% annual growth.
This growth has also been reflected in increased interest from visitors at a regional level in electronic design, electronic components and assembly.
It is highly appropriate therefore that we look to accommodate more formally suppliers and buyers from the electronics sector at our events", said Phil Valentine of ETES.
"It is particularly pleasing that Marilyn and Diane Burton are now on board working with us on this project, bringing with them an invaluable wealth of experience in running exhibitions for the sector".
