The Intel PXA800F cellular processor with Intel XScale technology is a high-performance single-chip solution for 2.5G mobile phones, which integrates the Intel XScale core, the Intel Micro Signal Architecture, GSM/GPRS communications logic, and high-speed Intel OnChip Flash and SRAM.

Esmertec's Jbed ME, the smallest and fastest Java virtual machine for mobile devices on the market today, is an ideal software solution for the new Intel platform.

The performance of the Intel PXA800F cellular processor combined with the execution speed of Jbed enables the development of full-featured, exciting new data applications.
