BGA sockets come with a twist
Twist lock socket improves on older screw lock design because the screws do not need to be fully removed when taking off the lid.
The 2.20mm profile allows top and bottom entry for optimum design flexibility and has a maximum pin count of 80.
The 3.60mm and 4.50mm profile connectors have a maximum pin count of 100 (2 x 50).
The range benefits from tape and reel packing to enable high volume production on industry standard pick and place machinery.
In addition, E-tec is able to supply mating male connectors in both SMD and through board options.
For applications with a critical board spacing the E-tec SMD board spacer provides the perfect mating partner to this series with elevated heights of 4.00, 6.00, 8.00, 9.00, 9.65 and 16.00mm.
