Two new faces at Elixent
Elixent has appointed Roger Bailey as director of business development, Europe and Simon Smith as chief financial officer (CFO).

Bailey joins from ARC Cores where he was director of sales, global accounts.
He implemented a strategic approach to engaging and penetrating major global accounts.
Bailey also worked for Lucent Technologies Microelectronics as the Northern Europe sales manager, responsible for maintaining and developing business with OEM direct customers based in Scandinavia, UK and France.
Smith joins from USA-based myCIO.com where he was Vice President and CFO.
In this role he managed the rapid revenue growth of the company in the USA, Europe and Japan.
Prior to joining myCIO.com, Smith spent three years at Network Associates serving as director of finance.
He also spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both San Francisco and London in the consulting and audit practices.
