Over the coming months Fastrack's capabilities will be upgraded with new placement machines, the updating of the vapour phase oven and the introduction of a DEK 03i printer.
Exception PCB is a European leader in time critical and technology-driven printed circuit board solutions.
It specialises in quick-turn, high density interconnection (HDI) PCBs and will be showcasing its new capabilities in the areas of microvia towers, flat pads and flexi-rigid technology.
In addition, Exception EMS will be highlighting its complete contract manufacturing service, combining its Fastrack autonomous business unit (which offers a 24-hour turnaround service), with its world-class equipment build expertise.
Also on show at Nepcon will be Exception EMS' unrivalled equipment and environmental system screening test capabilities.
Exception EMS will also be showcasing its adoption of 0201 size components, which adhere to the new RoHS regulations, while creating more real estate on PCBs.
Exception VAR completes the group, specialising in outsourced, high volume and fast-turn printed circuit board (PCB) supply to blue chip clients.
The business offers a global supplier management service for customers sourcing PCBs, PCAs, cabling and a range of electronic assemblies.

Exception Group has manufacturing and test facilities at Tewkesbury and Calne.
The business employs 450 people and has an annual turnover of GBP 52 million.
