President provides telecomms expertise

Rafart's background includes working at executive, consultant and board member level.
A founder of Cluster Consulting, Rafart helped merge its operations with Diamond in 2000, thus launching telecomms powerhouse Diamond Cluster.
In 2004, he cofounded Nautacapital, a technology venture fund based in Barcelona, Spain.
Rafart has been a member of the Fractus board since 2003.
