Novel structure gives LEDs extra brightness
The MV8334T and MV8834T from Fairchild Semiconductor are ultra-bright T-1 3/4 (5mm) LED lamps that employ TS-AlInGaP technology to deliver significantly more light output.
The MV8334T and MV8834T from Fairchild Semiconductor are ultra-bright T-1 3/4 (5mm) LED lamps that employ TS-AlInGaP (transparent substrate - aluminum indium gallium phosphide) technology to deliver significantly more light output than most LED devices in the marketplace today.
Both the MV8334T and MV8834T offer superior performance in outdoor environments unmatched by LEDs using technologies such as GaAs, AlGaAs and AS-AlInGaP.
Excellent visibility in sunlight, consistent and stable light output over long periods of time, and proven long-term reliability make the ultra-bright TS-AlInGaP LED lamps an ideal choice for traffic management systems and outdoor signage applications.
The MV8334T is amber in colour with a 594mm wavelength, and the MV8834T is red with a 635mm wavelength.
Both have a typical luminous intensity of 3cd at 20mA forward current, and both are encapsulated in a water clear epoxy lens package.
The MV8334T and MV8834T LED lamps are available for immediate delivery in 100,000 piece quantities.
